Atatürk Airport’s new hangar, covering an area of 5,840 m², has been largely reconstructed, with approximately 90% of the facility rebuilt in accordance with the new earthquake regulations. The structural steel and reinforced concrete columns have also been strengthened. The newly constructed hangar provides sufficient space to perform maintenance simultaneously on two narrow-body and one wide-body aircraft.

I wish this facility, and especially its contribution to Turkish Airlines, as well as to the Turkish and global civil aviation industries, every success and prosperity.
